We're checking back in with the Jenna Bush Hager house that is still for sale in Baltimore. It entered the market last December and had the highest ask around its nabe by about forty thousand dollars. We were expecting a price chop in time for the spring buying season, but it looks like the price is still $474,900. It is a 3 bed/3 bath end unit with a garage, so it does have more going for it than some of the other houses on the block, but forty grand might be a bit of a reach. This time around we have some pictures to show you.
