Book Hill is one of those neighborhoods that consists of only a few streets, but what it lacks in size it makes up for in--say it with me, folks--charm. Above is the interior shot of a house built in 1890. The three-level house lands smack in the middle of the neighborhood price range, at $3.39 million dollars. But for all that you get five full baths and, more importantly for Georgetown, two parking spaces. That is worth an extra million right there.
