The influx of McMansions that hit this area during the peak of the recent housing boom left many neighbors seething at having their views obstructed and quiet neighborhoods being filled with noisy construction work. Given the abrupt halt in home building most of those neighborly disputes have died down, but at least one of them is still raging over in Brookland. TBD reports on the drama.
