John Warner IV, son of the former senator John Warner (R-Va), recently closed on Georgetown more-than-a-rowhouse, but not quite a full house, property for $4.05 million. For that price they get six bedrooms, four and a half baths, and the corner of a quiet little block on 30th to call their own. In case you are getting your Warners mixed up, this isn't the one who was married to Elizabeth Taylor (that was his dad), but it is the one who became a race car driver after college. [WBJ]
