This Much Georgetown Ivy Doesn't Come Cheap

A top to bottom remodel of a ninety-year old Georgetown mini-mansion is harder and harder to come by these days. People will renovate a condo at the drop of a hat, but a full scale reno scares off most homeowners faster than you can say property tax. These owners went all out and made the 3,500 square feet seem like it was built at the turn of the last century, but has only ever been inhabited by a team of Merry Maids who love to polish hardwood. The Subzero and Viking appliances give it a modern update, but hang out next to the pool and gaze at all the ivy to take yourself back in time.
