Auction Block

Yesterday was the day the block of 103 rowhouses in Baltimore's Patterson Park went up for auction and the winning bid was $4.2M, or about $$43,000 per house. Grady Management has ten days to decide if they will accept the offer from the anonymous buyer, but if all goes through this sale will be considered a success since the suggested opening bid was $3,750,000. Sheldon Good & Co. operated the auction that was finished in less than two minutes. [BaltSun; previously]
