Since many newcomers to DC think about living in Georgetown but quickly get turned off by the price, we dug into the Curbed Marketplace and found this charming row house at the lower end of the neighborhood's price spectrum (for houses, that is). Coming it at $709,000 it is a 2 bed, 1.5 bath with parking that was redone in 2008. The narrowness is all part of the charm and is probably why the living room's flat screen tv is hung in such an awkward place. But the stacked washer/dryer in the kitchen will end up being a timesaver on the list of household chores.
