Heating Plant Marked As Surplus

Georgetown’s West Heating Plant is now ready to be offered up for sale since the General Services Administration has officially marked it as 'surplus'. That pink lego-like building at right is one example of what it could look like after all the work is done. A few high-profile bidders have expressed an interest in it, including the Four Seasons Hotel who have floated the idea of turning it into a 80-unit condo building. [WBJ]
