Since we're voting on Adams Morgan versus Columbia Heights in today's Curbed Cup match-up we took at look at Zillow's marketplace for those two neighborhoods and the first interesting one we saw was this one in Adams Morgan (sorry, CoHi, but you're out of luck on this one). From the outside this seems like a slightly neglected and somewhat blah building. But a peek at the listing photos shows a modern and upscale unit for sale. This is a 2 bed, 2.5 bath condo on two levels for a mere $529,000. That includes the greatest Adams Morgan luxury of all: parking.
