Another boutique hotel is on its way to Georgetown. The former American Trial Lawyers Association building at 1050 31st Street will become a 49 room hotel called The Capella Georgetown after its recent sale to Atlanta-based Capella Hotels and Resorts. The new owners plan to completely renovate the interior, but do as little as possible to the exterior. [DCMud]
