When we put up an announcement for crazy holiday displays we didn't know we would get one as extreme as this. As the sender explains: "Besides covering the yard with glowing candy canes and pinwheels, my neighbors have put up this Santa in a hot air balloon. What you can't see is that the balloon only inflates while a Christmas carol is playing. So every evening they turn on the balloon and it puffs up while a song plays then starts to deflate until the next song starts. So from dusk until they go to bed their yard is filled with bright lights and tinny Christmas tunes while a Santa alternates between inflated glory and saggy gloom."
