The apartment building planned for the corner of 17th and O is on track to begin construction in 2012. Currently the space consists of a parking lot but in a few years time it will be a nine-story apartment building (above is the view from 17th and Mass Ave). After unanimous approval from the HPRB, the developers are ready to file for a permit with the Board of Zoning Adjustment on November 15th. The building will have approximately 200 units, with a mix of studios, one bedrooms and two bedrooms.
