Wisconsin Avenue Building Collapses On Thanksgiving Day

If anyone was meandering down Wisconsin last Thursday they probably heard heavy duty fire truck activity right outside this building at 1422. A gas leak caused the entire back of the building to collapse in on itself, but luckily no one was inside when it occurred. Nostalgic grungesters will also be relieved to hear it was not the Commander Salamander building that blew, but the one next to it. We have some more pictures after the jump, including a creepy photo of some headless, toppled mannequins leaning out of the blasted windows.
