Long and Foster crunched a few numbers and concluded that the DC housing market is leading the nation. Of course, not every neighborhood is faring well, but the list of places whose sales price went up since last year include: Anacostia, Hillcrest, Capitol Hill Northeast, Chevy Chase, Penn Quarter, Shaw and Sheppard Park.
