The Bozzuto Group manages and develops dozens of properties around the DC area (including the biggest one to break ground recently, Monroe Street Market) and recently president Toby Bozzuto gave his thoughts on 'the truth behind multifamily development'. He says DC is in the 7th inning of a resurgence and doesn't expect to see strong signs of recovery until the end of 2012-2013. He also mentioned the 'design-centric' culture of the demographic his buildings attract and he compares it to buying a PC or an Apple computer. We have the full video after the jump.
