The spy house was taken off the market in October after a few price cuts. The 5 bed/ 3 bath was first listed for $725,000, then went down to $699,000 a month later. After the summer the price dropped again to $680,000 for a while but was then the Vienna homedelisted in the middle of October. We predicted it would go for around $650K, but we're going to have to wait a while to see how this one ends. [Redfin; previously; previously]
