Last night was the open house for 1020 Monroe and we got a few glimpses of the two model units that were open to the public. This is a 28-unit building, with one and two bedrooms, at the corner of 11th and Monroe NW. Prices start at $299,900 for one bedrooms and $399,900 for two bedrooms, with nine different floor plans available. Condo fees are approximately $400 per month, but vary depending on the unit size. The building will also have a first floor restaurant concept, run by the same owners of Tryst, that started construction earlier this week.
