According to Washingtonian, Scherzer is planning a multimillion-dollar renovation to the McLean single-family home. The 7,160-square-foot abode was built in 1986 and features a heated indoor pool, sunken living room with a stone fireplace, and multiple skylights. The listing comes with roughly three acres of land. Scherzer's seven-year contract with the Nationals came with a $210 million price tag, among the largest pitching contracts in baseball history.
