We're back with our monthly map of how much houses sold for last month by zip code with data from RBIntel. It's after Labor Day and officially summer ain't over until late September, but kids are back to school, people aren't flocking to Rehoboth every weekend, and the real estate market is not as bumping as it was a few months ago. Across the city, median sale prices were mixed, with places like Shaw experiencing a 14% increase while Georgetown seeing a 10% decline in average ask. Days on the market and sales volumes have remained fairly consistent, but come October, the numbers will probably be a bit different. So enjoy the days before the leaves change colors and the real estate market begins its end-of-year hibernation.
