Ted's Capitals are back home after an extended road trip and Ted himself has just moved into a new home in Potomac, MD. Keep in mind he didn't actually buy the new place the way people usually do, instead he settled things the same way he goes about his day job: he traded. This means he gave up his former Mclean manse to Chris Rogers, of Nextl fame and fortune, in exchange for Chris' pimped-out pad in Maryland. No one has disclosed the facts and figures from the switcheroo, but Ted might have gotten the better end of the deal since at least his new place has its very own name. No chintzy street addresses here! Rumor has it the estate is valued at $8 million dollars, but Ted still knows a deal when he sees one—he even uses Groupon. Photos from Business Insider
